to join our team. The Lead Server performs all necessary duties to uphold the community’s standards of quality and excellence in food, service, hospitality, and friendliness, while also ensuring that other servers meet these expectations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food ordersOversee serving staff to ensure high level of hospitality and excellence in food is displayedDelivering beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tablesProviding quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while maintaining high quality standards of servicePERSONAL QUALITIES:Excellent verbal, written, and listening skillsPassion, dedication, and commitment to providing seniors an engaging, enlivening, and captivating living environmentFlexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-taskQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:Two years’ experience in a high volume, full-service restaurantPHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position operates in a dining room setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns.
