Lead Server

We are seeking an experienced server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The lead server will assist in training new employees, oversee the front-of-house operations including stocking & inventory, cleaning, and ensure that servers are working cohesively to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. This position is Thursday - Sunday, 8 am - close (approx 3:30 pm).Duties include:Leading the serving staff during shifts.Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.Training new servers on proper serving techniques and restaurant procedures.Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.Assisting in hosting and bussing tables when needed.Skills:Experience and enjoyment working in the food industry, preferably two plus years of experience.Knowledge of bussing procedures and food safety regulations.Appreciation of creative and high-quality food.Job Type:
