Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Head Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the dining experience, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the serving staff during shifts
Ensure smooth operations in the dining area
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to deliver food promptly and accurately
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Train new servers on service standards and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume food service establishment
Strong knowledge of guest relations and customer service principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a nightclub setting
Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate smooth service
Proficiency in POS systems is preferred

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
