We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Server to join our team at a reputable restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of servers to provide a memorable dining experience.Responsibilities:Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth operations during service hoursTrain, supervise, and motivate servers to deliver high-quality serviceAssist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food deliveryMaintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areaHandle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficientlySupport servers with bussing tables and refilling drinks when neededManage reservations and seating arrangements effectivelyExperience:Previous experience in a restaurant setting is requiredStrong knowledge of food safety practicesProficiency in basic math for handling payments and making changeExperience with POS systems is preferredExcellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest relationsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyTime management skills to ensure smooth service flowWillingness to help team members and contribute to a positive work environmentJob Types:
