Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Server to join our team at a high-end nightclub. The ideal candidate will oversee the dining area, ensure exceptional customer service, and assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of servers to deliver top-notch service
Oversee dining room activities and ensure guest satisfaction
Handle historical questions from guests
Train new servers on restaurant procedures and standards
Assist in maintaining inventory levels
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
Requirements
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and industry best practices
Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of basic math for order processing and bill calculations
Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate smooth service flow
Certification in food safety is a plus
Job Types:

Pay:
$18.98 - $19.79 per hour
Expected hours:
30 – 40 per week
