Director of Nursing (DON)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department.

Contract Weeks:

9 weeks

Guaranteed hours:

40 hrs

Days:

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

NOTE:

Will be on call. Might have to work on the cart in staffing challenged days.

Duties:

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Oversee shift management and scheduling

Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)
