This position will be out of Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.Position Overview:The Field and Integration Test team is responsible for integrating the C2BMC system into the MDIOC C2BMC Test Facility and the Operational environment. The Integration activity ensures the install matches the Configuration Managed baseline and verifies settings and operations. The Test activity is to exercise high-level functions and capabilities to ensure no change from the test environment.The servers and workstations are Linux- and Windows-based, using virtual servers. Integration includes troubleshooting the installed software to identify whether the system is incorrectly installed, or settings are incorrect.Essential Functions:Planned, implemented, tested, documented, and maintained solutions for integrating and testing in-house developed COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and/or systems.Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware/software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability, develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.Perform test results analysis and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.Windows and Linux skills in system administration and/or integration.Experience in troubleshooting small to large-scale infrastructure.Ability to cooperatively develop integration plans/procedures from sources such as functional/performance requirements and stated technical capabilities, monitor the integration of the test resources, execute these detailed integration procedures, analyze integration results, and present the results orally and in written format.Basic Qualifications:An active Secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.5 years with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related field; 9 years experience in lieu of a degree.Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA).Must be a self-starter with good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.The candidate should have knowledge of or practical experience with DoD test methodologies, terminology, and previous test and integration skills.Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with people within and outside the program.Preferred Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance is highly desired.Active IAT - Level 2 required (60 days after start date may be considered).Network architecture and device knowledge.Scripting skills for data mining and formatted display of data.Experience within the Mission Defense realm and previous test and integration is desired.Experience with operational systems (e.g., Aegis, Patriot), development systems (e.g., GMD, THAAD, Aegis), and off-the-shelf statistical analysis packages is a plus.C2BMC is deployed internationally, and some travel may be required.What We Can Offer You:Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
