Radiology Tech Interventional RT - Full Time and up to $35k sign-on bonus

Job Overview : Under the direction of the Radiologist or Cardiologist and the Manager of Cardiac Cath/Special Procedures, they are responsible for the operation of highly technical state of the art radiographic equipment. They are responsible and accountable for the patient outcomes in the cardiac cath/special procedures. Responsible for radiation safety practices in procedure rooms.Job Requirements :Associate's Degree in Allied HealthSuccessfully passed the Hemodynamic testEKG competency preferredAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)CVT/CVITCertified Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS)BLS/CPRUnrestricted license from ODH if ARRTUnderstanding of aseptic technique1+ years experience in a related field.Job Responsibilities :Able to proficiently perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures and their associated equipment through CEU's.Provides ongoing evaluation, documentation, and care of the patients and families.Demonstrates proficiency, competency, and knowledge in diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures and their associated equipment through CEU's.Maintains accurate records through the completion of all paperwork.Demonstrates organizational responsibility.Sign-on Eligibility :2 years or more of experience in Cath Lab as Rad Tech $35,000 Bonus (2 years work commitment)Less than 2 years of experience in Cath Lab as Rad Tech or no experience $17,500 Bonus (1 year work commitment)Full time employment commitment requiredRehires within 12 months are not eligibleInternal Candidates are not eligibleWorking Conditions :Climbing - RarelyHearing: Conversation - FrequentlyHearing: Other Sounds - FrequentlyKneeling - OccasionallyLifting
