Job Description
This position will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. The focus of this role will be multi-faceted, ultimately working collaboratively with constituents throughout the organization to manage change, improve processes, facilitate system understanding, and drive automation.Maintain a deep understanding of business operations and helping explore technology options to drive efficiency and innovationCollaborate with department leaders to diagnose problems and understand needsCommunicate with end users to identify bottlenecks and roadblocks so that work may be efficiently documented, prioritized, and prepped for deploymentMonitor, review, and assist with help desk tickets to serve as an escalated level of supportAuthor, update, and share training documentation, flow charts, business/project requirements, system documentation, etc.Provide ongoing 1:1 or group training to end users and vendors as neededPerform UAT and other validation tasks for systems used at the companyAssist with forming strategies related to prioritization and planning of high-profile, complex projectsCompile tasks and estimates and provide reporting of projects to stakeholders via project plans, Gantt charts, etc.Prepare ROI / build business cases to measure value of proposed and completed IT projectsServe as liaison for IT SOX activities, documenting processes and policies as required, working with auditors and other vendors to remediate areas of riskMonitor and evaluate change control process related to software development to report on success and areas for improvementAssist department leaders with data and system projects and provide summary reports and best practice recommendations as required
Qualifications:
Analytical, highly organized, and great attention to detailProven experience in gathering requirements, testing, and deploying large IT projects on time and budgetExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and data visualization techniques and toolsUnderstanding of SQL, MySQL or similar database technologiesProficient in Microsoft Office productsAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbalBusiness-minded IT professional who is passionate about technology, innovation, and servant leadershipCollaborative and team-oriented mindsetCapable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.The ideal candidate has some understanding of:
Agile and Scrum ideologies and frameworksProject Management tools like Confluence and JiraReal estate, REITs, and/or the leasing life cycle
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in a Jr. Business Analyst role or equivalentPassionate about technology and creating business efficienciesBachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Technology, related field, or commensurable experienceStrong technical knowledge and understanding of business principlesGood understanding of project and time management principles

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.$55,340.00 - $92,240.00
