Under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor), the Associate Accounting Analyst is responsible for assisting with fiscal activities related to all federal funds. The primary responsibility is the completion of state and federal financial statements and reports.The position has the opportunity of being eligible for remote centered hybrid telework under Government Code 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California.Candidates who previously applied do not need to re-apply to be considered for the position.In order to be eligible for this position, you must either be transfer eligible or take and pass the following exam: Associate Accounting Analyst: Exam Bulletin Link.Working Conditions
Ability to use a computer keyboard several hours a day. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
