Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating education for all clinical computer applications, software programs and online documentation processes. Assists and supports all clinical care providers and staff to sustain efficient workflows and ensure patient safety by increasing overall knowledge of clinical systems, identifying problems as they arise, and facilitating resolution of problems.What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of network systemsThree years of related clinical experience in an acute care or ambulatory settingProficiency in Microsoft Office suitePrevious Epic experience, either end user or support roleMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobIndependent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environmentExcellent presentation and communication skills, both in one-to-one and group settingsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated experience organizing, developing and delivering application training for all levels of staff including physiciansCertification in EpicBachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health SystemAbility to apply logical troubleshooting and analysis techniques for the purpose of problem resolutionPreferred Qualifications:
