The position's main purpose is to create a unique and unforgettable experience for our guests, customizing the details according to each individual guest, succeeding the highest expectations of service to maintain Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort as the Best Ultra Luxury Resort worldwide.
THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE:
This position is the connection between our guests and the whole team. The main objective of this role is to be the only person that our guests need for anything during their stay, ensuring that every desire is completed, surpassing the guests' expectations by coordinating all the departments involved in the operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be the connection between the guests and the departments to deliver the best experience possible, ensuring that all Signature Suites in charge are in perfect condition of cleanliness and maintenance at all times.
Acknowledge our guests by name, always maintain their privacy, and be creative in delivering customized experiences by knowing the guests and individualizing them.
To be in charge of the guests' credit, reviewing their billing on a daily basis, ensuring all charges are correct and detecting any possible issue with their credit to advise them.
To complete all procedures following the required standards of LQA, Forbes, FHR, and Centurion.
To complete all necessary paperwork procedures needed to complement the daily procedures.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of different procedures of Front Desk, Concierge, Cashier, Housekeeping, and advanced knowledge of food and beverage including cooking, preparing cocktails, and waiter service.
Perfect knowledge of general standards of LQA, Forbes, FHR, and Centurion.
General knowledge of the necessary operational programs: Opera, Alice, Canary, Knowcross, Teams, Seven Rooms, Glowing, and Orion.
General knowledge of the different restaurants and activities in and outside the Resort to be able to make recommendations and suggestions to our guests.
SALARY:
$60,000 Annually
