Pre-Op/PACU/PAT Nurse Manager
for our newest location in
Southwest Houston, TX ! The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, driven, and a team player.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Ensures efficient patient throughput and delivery of high quality, patient-centered care through volume forecasting, patient flow coordination, and admission/discharge planning.
Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
Ensures equipment maintenance is performed regularly and according to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.
Fosters a culture that inspires commitment to the vision/mission/values of the organization.
Identifies and provides development opportunities or training needs of individual employees and teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years in a leadership role in a surgical setting (e.g. charge nurse/board runner) (required).
Registered Nurse in the State of Texas (required).
Current BLS, ACLS and PALS (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
