Do you have the skills and energy to navigate and work with various groups of leadership and staff? Covered California is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Service Center as a Services Manager I (Specialist), as the Service Center Director’s Office Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects and phases of one or more high-impact projects, contributing to the success and efficiency of our service center operations. You will provide policy recommendations to management on complex and sensitive issues and perform a wide range of analytical support duties, including organizing and coordinating small and large-scale events, conducting special studies, and preparing detailed reports. The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion is critical.

This position’s office headquarters location is designated in Sacramento. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.
