Senior Asset Protection Manager

Job OverviewIn order to be successful in this role you must have experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment where client experience is a strong focus. Additionally, you must have experience partnering with Internal Control, Operations and Store Management. This role will require facilitation of Safety Awareness trainings and the leadership experience to oversee third-party security and store personnel to embrace prevention strategies and techniques to further protect the company and prevent company loss.Qualifications3-5 years Loss Prevention/ Asset Protection/Security SupervisionInvestigation courses (i.e.: Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation)Working knowledge of Security/Loss Prevention affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V. / Alarm systems)Experience in supervising multiple staff members, Management courses a plusAbility to travel and work a flexible scheduleRetail experience – ideally in a multi-store environment with exposure to the inventory processStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong computer, systems and reporting skillsResponsibilitiesUtilize CCTV systems to monitor and prevent theft or security breaches.Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies to minimize financial losses.Conduct investigations and interviews related to security incidents.Manage and lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance and supervision.Utilize law enforcement knowledge to ensure compliance with security protocols.Write detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate records.Job Types
