OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the HR department, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

oversees the management of all human resource functions to support the facility’s mission. Responsibilities typically include:
Recruitment & Staffing : Managing hiring processes to ensure that qualified staff are recruited and retained, including clinical and administrative personnel.
Employee Relations : Fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee grievances, and promoting staff well-being.
Training & Development : Developing programs for staff training, professional development, and compliance with treatment standards and healthcare regulations.
Compliance & Legal : Ensuring adherence to employment laws, healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA), and safety guidelines specific to addiction treatment settings.
Performance Management : Overseeing performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Compensation & Benefits : Managing payroll, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
They collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure that the workforce supports effective, compassionate care for patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
