Requires a high school diploma and one year of clerical experience; or an associate degree in secretarial science or a related field, or two years in clerical experience.Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of grammatical rules, clerical formats and/or journalistic principles. Knowledge of behavioral characteristics of the physically or mentally challenged. State Disaster Plan:
