DescriptionJohnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Director, Product Security Investigations & Intelligence to join our Global Brand Protection team. Our diverse workforce and culture of belonging accelerate innovation to solve the world’s most pressing healthcare challenges.Product Security Investigations and Intelligence is a critical capability and significant value-creating component of a comprehensive, company-wide anti-illicit trade strategy.The Director will provide strategic program oversight, investigative direction to teams across all regions, ensure global investigations and cross-border trade program efficiency, and align with Global Brand Protection as well as Business strategies.Responsibilities:Set global product security investigations and intelligence strategy, value recovery targets, and support field activities (budget, process/training, direction).Lead global Cross Border Trade capability to ensure effective Customs Recordals, Training to Customs/Law Enforcement, and cross-border trade intelligence activities.Support external collaboration with industry partners, senior Law Enforcement and Customs officials.Lead complex cross-regional investigations to disrupt transnational illicit supply chains.Collaborate closely with key Global Brand Protection, Business, and Functional leaders.Drive Vendor Performance Management process globally.QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced postgraduate degree is preferred.A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Business, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Finance Audit, Compliance, Legal, or Security, including supervisory experience.Certifications such as CFE, ASIS are preferred.Law Enforcement certifications in investigations and intelligence.Additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.Experience with undercover tactics and cybersecurity investigations are preferred but not required.MS Office Tools proficiency.Investigations and Intelligence Case Management Systems experience.Fluency in English.Understanding of Law Enforcement and Customs work.Knowledge of counterfeiting, diversion, and tampering risks in healthcare.Ability to work across organizational boundaries.Budget management and oversight.People leadership/Talent Management experience.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000-$244,950. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.Employees may be eligible for various Company-sponsored employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.This job posting is anticipated to close on September 30, 2024.
