Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team

This role involves representing our clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, with a focus on Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements, trials, and appeals.
• Specialize in Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.
• Develop legal strategies and arguments based on the interpretation of state and federal laws and regulations.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of relevant case law, statutes, legal articles, and regulatory materials.
• Prepare and draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and trial materials.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.
• Proven track record of successful litigation experience, including trial experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
