We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager for our dynamic Construction team. If you are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of challenging projects, directly impacting the success of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to completion.
  2. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards.
  3. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
  4. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  5. Lead and manage project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  6. Use project management tools such as Procore and MS Suites to track progress, manage resources, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  7. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring all work is carried out to specification.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
  9. Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  10. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  3. Proven experience with DSA, Public Works, and Contract Management.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  5. Excellent budgeting and strategic planning skills.
  6. Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
  7. Strong knowledge of safety management practices in the construction industry.
  8. Proficient in the use of Procore, MS Suites, and other project management tools.
  9. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  11. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  12. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  13. Excellent cost control skills with a focus on ensuring financial efficiency.
