Salary: $67,000 - $115,000 per year

Nationally recognized healthcare system seeking full time permanent In-Patient General Medicine RN's for either days or nights.

Experience not required and in-depth training is provided.

What you will be doing:

Sure! Here are six key responsibilities of an inpatient general medicine RN:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor for side effects or complications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff.
• Patient Education: Provide education to patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Monitoring and Documentation: Continuously monitor patient progress and document care in electronic health records to ensure accurate communication.

Skills you need:

• RN license
• Inpatient experience highly preferred, but not required
