Salary: $67,000 - $115,000 per year

Nationally recognized healthcare system seeking full time permanent In-Patient Orthopedic RN for either days or nights.

Experience not required and in-depth training is provided.

Inpatient orthopedic unit - 3 12's per week. Either days or nights

What you will be doing:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal issues, including injuries, fractures, and post-surgical conditions.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Pain Management: Administer pain medications and provide comfort measures for patients recovering from orthopedic procedures.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation, mobility aids, and post-operative care instructions.
• Wound Care: Monitor and care for surgical wounds, ensuring proper healing and identifying any signs of infection.
• Rehabilitation Support: Assist in coordinating and guiding rehabilitation efforts, including physical therapy exercises and mobility assistance.

Skills you need:

• RN license
• Inpatient experience highly preferred, but not required
