Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor for side effects or complications. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff. Patient Education: Provide education to patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Monitoring and Documentation: Continuously monitor patient progress and document care in electronic health records to ensure accurate communication.
