Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent International Tax Supervisor to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your international tax expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly growing global environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of international tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Hiring an International Tax Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree in Tax or Law is highly desirable.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Coach (CTC) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, international tax regulations, and tax accounting.
• Proven experience in tax planning and compliance, with a focus on international tax issues.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain tax issues to non-tax professionals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• A proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
