Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in tax reporting or a similar role within the finance industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
4. Proficiency in tax reporting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex tax information in simple terms.
7. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
