Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle complex tax issues and will have a proven track record of success in a similar role. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in state and local tax, preferably in the Engineering industry.
3. Strong knowledge of state and local tax laws and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
