Hiring a full time Tax Manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a related field or a CPA designation is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in the Energy industry.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and develop effective tax strategies.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing tax professionals.
6. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
8. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant technology.
9. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
