We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a fast-paced, results-oriented group. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a demanding environment, managing multiple priorities, and utilizing their excellent customer service skills. You will act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance and upsell / cross sell opportunities to new and existing Personal Lines clients.
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Experience with Surplus Lines and Coastal risks required
- Producer License is Mandatory (MA or RI)
- Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- AAI, AIS, or other insurance designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
- Fluency in MS office products
