We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a fast-paced, results-oriented group. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a demanding environment, managing multiple priorities, and utilizing their excellent customer service skills. This role will be seeking new business opportunities, while also maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for prospecting, networking, and producing new property and casualty business insurance policies and accounts as well as the renewal retention of existing accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Producer License is Mandatory (MA)
- Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- AAI, AIS, or other insurance designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
- Fluency in MS office products
