We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing critical financial insights to support our strategic decisions. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough and detailed profit margin analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and manage the annual budget process, ensuring all financial targets are met and financial planning is aligned with strategic goals.
  3. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal levels are maintained and costs are minimized.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
  5. Create and maintain financial dashboards, presenting complex financial data in an accessible and user-friendly format.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
  7. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
  3. Proficient in profit margin analysis, budgeting, inventory management, KPI tracking, and dashboard creation.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Excellent financial modelling skills, with experience in creating and maintaining financial dashboards.
  6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  7. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software applications.
  9. Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
