Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Multi-specialty law firm with attorneys in family law, personal injury, immigration, criminal, estate planning, and civil litigation.

As a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of civil cases with other members of our growing litigation team while also managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Handle your own litigation caseload involving business, contract, real estate, construction, and personal injury disputes
• Handle court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Serve as second-chair on larger civil litigation cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Collaborate with litigation team on case strategy, client management, and business development
• Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience
• Willingness to go to Court and handle matters through trial and appeal
• Experience with legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently on cases while also collaborating with a team
