Job Details

The Executive Assistant supports the CEO by handling administrative tasks such as screening calls, managing calendars, booking travel, organizing events, preparing reports, and handling customer relations. This role requires strong computer skills, project coordination, flexibility, and the ability to work with all levels of staff and clients. Confidentiality and discretion are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen calls, manage calendars, and organize meetings/events.
  • Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
  • Maintain filing systems and record meeting notes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Arrange travel and expense reports.
  • Draft correspondence and assist with board meetings.
  • Respond to communications after business hours as needed.
  • Welcome guests and handle inquiries.
  • Support CEO by gathering information, analyzing data, and completing ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of C-Suite Executive Assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and build strong relationships across the organization.
