Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex civil litigation cases, excellent advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of Washington state law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues and strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting civil litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington State.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, including trial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling complex or high-profile civil litigation cases.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong track record of successful case outcomes.
