Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced transactional real estate attorney to focus on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial properties, including the acquisition and sale of local and national multi-unit properties.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience at a sophisticated law firm or in-house with a commercial real estate company
• Experience should include negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial real estate agreements, such as leases, purchase and sale agreements and conveyance documents
• Solid experience with title and survey review and the closing process is a must
