Job Details

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with VP of Finance, CFO, and team on FP&A, operational analysis, budgeting, and corporate finance.

Become the expert on financial reporting model and dashboards.

Prepare Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) for various audiences.

Conduct monthly financial reviews with Regional Directors and Presidents.

Support bank reporting packages, including GAAP financial statements and debt covenant ratios.

Assist with the annual budget process, including financial modeling.

Prepare board presentation materials and external reports.

Draft management discussion and analysis (MD&A) for monthly and quarterly results.

Provide analytics support for senior leadership and develop ad hoc reports.

Assist with financial management, quality of earnings, equity and debt recapitalizations, and other strategic projects.

Support strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications:

Experience in investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, equity research, or corporate finance in high-growth industries.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Expertise in financial modeling, including three-statement models and valuation analyses.

Quick learner with limited oversight.

Strong task prioritization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.

Effective communicator of complex financial data to stakeholders.

Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build credibility.

Team player with collaborative and consensus-building skills.
