Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

They are seeking an Accounting Manager who will work directly with the Controller and will assist with full cycle accounting and acquisitions of other hospitality ventures! This is a great opportunity to move up within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts for the venue.

Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, month end closure.

Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.

Responding to information requests for produced financial statements, and assisting with internal and external audits.

Presenting and communicating Financial statements, reports, and updates to Senior Leadership.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Assisting Controller and CFO with any projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or Finance required

At least two years’ experience in accounting or a related field

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to read and analyze financial reports

Strong understanding of US tax regulations

Working knowledge of relevant Financial software, Ottimate and PlateIQ preferred.
