Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Patent Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property law to join our dynamic practice group. The ideal candidate will:

Manage patent prosecution, including drafting and filing patent applications.

Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Conduct thorough patent searches and provide detailed analysis.

Represent clients in intellectual property litigation and disputes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and develop innovative legal strategies.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Ohio Bar.

Admission to the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).

1-3 years of relevant experience in patent law and intellectual property.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
