We are seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This role will require you to supervise our production operations and guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflow. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our production lines run with maximum productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, your duties will include:

1. Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.
2. Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
3. Overseeing and coaching employees.
4. Ensuring the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
5. Checking production output according to specifications.
6. Submitting reports on performance and progress.
7. Identifying issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
8. Training new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
9. Enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards.
10. Setting and enforcing standards for production and quality control.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry.
2. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
3. Advanced skills in MS Office.
4. Organizational and leadership abilities.
5. Communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
7. Problem-solving skills.
8. High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field will be an advantage.
