Job Details- Supporting documentation for M&A and Funds transactions, including NDAs;
- Vendor agreements and purchase agreement documentation;
- Regulatory documentation and filing support as needed;
- LPAs (Limited Partnership Agreements) PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) support;
- Separation agreements;
- Support with the administrative component of legal invoicing/billing (EAS Expense Allocation System for legal expense management).
