Job Details

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.

Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence.

Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials as needed.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.

1-2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role preferred, but not required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
