Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2B sales growth for our specialty food products.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with industrial clients and private label partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience - preferably within the food space.
- Ability to serve as individual contributor to lead by example.
- Prior experience working within food distribution or grocery store sales environment.
- Experience with reporting and working closely with leadership to scale the business.
- BA degree in Business Administration or related area of study is a plus.
