Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Qualifications
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions.
- Capable of independently managing cases from inception to resolution, including resource management.
- Proficiency in conducting depositions and preparing witnesses for deposition.
- Proficient in drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, including discovery motions.
- Courtroom experience, such as attending hearings and/or trials.
- Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation and/or arbitration, is a plus.
