Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 per year

Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced IP attorney with trademark and patent prosecution experience join their headquarter Irvine offices. The opportunity is with an reputable national firm that serves individuals, start-ups, and publicly trade companies for a variety of trademark, copyright, patent, and general intellectual property matters. We are seeking attrmeys with at least 6 years of IP experience in patent and trademark prosecution for a diverse mix of patent and trademark portfolios in a large firm setting.

The incoming attorney will work closely with the patent and trademark team and engage directly with clients, court personal, and opposing counsel. Interested candidates should have strong knowledge of domestic and foreign patent and trademark issues, solution oriented independent problem solving skills, and an ability to exercise sound judgement on behalf of client interests.
