Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 2-7 years of litigation experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trial experience.
- Experience in specific areas of law relevant to our practice: personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, employee rights, construction defect, and property loss.
