POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and system requirements.Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the technical viability of proposed solutions and identify potential risks and challenges.Work closely with development teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that leverage various technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data from databases to support business analysis and reporting needs.Define and document solution architectures, including Azure infrastructure components, services, and integrations, to support the development and deployment of scalable and secure solutions.Collaborate with project managers, developers, tester and other stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Provide ongoing support and guidance to business stakeholders on the use and adoption of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including best practices, optimization strategies, and governance policies.Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and drive innovation.Performs other duties as assigned or required.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on technical solutions and Microsoft Azure cloud services. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, SQL certifications) are desirable but not required.Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures, with hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Active Directory.Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Experience with business analysis techniques and methodologies, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly language.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.REPORTING TO THIS POSITION:

NON ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
