Litigation Associate
to join their growing litigation group. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral associate who is eager to be part of a dynamic team in the
Los Angeles office .Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in California (required).2-4 years
of substantive experience in
product liability, mass torts, and/or commercial litigation .Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.Confident in taking and defending depositions.Key Responsibilities:Defend clients in
complex product liability lawsuits across various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, and telecommunications .Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and/or discovery expert motions, in state and federal courts.Manage discovery processes, including depositions, document production, and expert witness preparation.Collaborate with a seasoned team of attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.Why Join?This role offers a competitive salary range of
$195,000 to $220,000 , depending on experience, in accordance with California’s Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act.
