This position will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and account development within the assigned region. The ideal candidate must manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.What you’ll do as our Area Manager?

Build and maintain relationships with customers, increasing their use of the line of credit, identifying and mitigating account risk and collections pre and post-default.Grow the portfolio by collecting new dealer applications, including timely follow-up on new leads and referrals.Achieve goals and performance targets set by the company through daily production and activities with calls and visits to customers.Educate customers on account and audit performance, self-service options, and best practices.Collect and analyze customer financial information to assess and monitor dealer performance.Support the Risk department with post and pre-default risk mitigation.Serve as a fiduciary for the company by identifying and reporting any material information or internal non-compliance.Document notes and all activities and client interactions through various company CRMs as required.Create synergies throughout all Hankey Group companies.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualities we look for in our Area Manager

Knowledge of the automotive industry (various sectors)Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminologyStrong presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team membersStrong time management skillsStrong negotiation and collection skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a remote environmentProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsBA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections requiredTravel: Greater than 25% with some overnight travel requiredValid driver’s license required for this positionPay Rate:

Base pay of $50,000 per yearGuaranteed Bonus Income of $2,000 a month for 4 months (month 1 is prorated)Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement program average of $450 monthlyAverage rep earning after 1 year - $114,764Average earning of top 50 reps - $126,380No limit on commissionsWhat benefits do we offer?
