Niche services include individualized employment plans, career development, workshops, and professional wardrobe.Imagine yourself having a direct, positive impact on the lives of people in our community as they overcome extraordinary barriers so they can achieve a meaningful and productive livelihood.The selected individual will be primarily responsible for supporting the production and execution of marketing initiatives that support Working Wardrobes development campaigns and events, communicating campaigns that drive revenue and collateral/campaigns that promote the organization’s mission/brand and attract donors and corporate partners.Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the organization’s blog to promote the nonprofit’s mission, events, and campaigns.Collaborate closely with the development team to create marketing materials that support donor communications and fundraising efforts.Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, ensuring a consistent voice and mission-driven messaging.Design marketing collateral such as flyers, event invitations, annual reports, sponsorship packets, etc., ensuring brand consistency across all materials.Manage and strategize email communications within the CRM (Constant Contact).Assist in maintaining donor databases and email lists, ensuring that all communications reach the intended audience.Support event planning and promotion for key fundraising events, virtual campaigns, and community outreach programs.Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors for PR, printing, or other marketing-related services when necessary.SKILLS

Demonstrated knowledge of marketing communications development and productionWriting, editing, and storytellingProficiency in digital marketing and social media engagementProject support with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completion within a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-based environmentProactive approach to managing time-sensitive and competing workloadsExceptional interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written formExperience in thinking strategically, creatively, and independentlyPositive attitude with a commitment and passion for problem-solving, program impact, and continuous process improvementComputer proficiency including Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (experience with CRM, social platforms, Canva, and other design programs a must)
