About the role: Results-driven and detail-oriented Freight Data Analyst helps unlock the full potential of our data and drives the success of our data analytics strategy. This person is expected to work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Freight Data Analyst gathers business requirements and translates these into data requirements to help Logistic team to build robust and streamlined data pipelines. This person will provide data requirements for data ingestion, transformation, and scheduling to empower insightful business reporting and advanced analytics readiness. Your responsibilities will include: Analyze key business metrics, assess evolving ideas, and identify vulnerabilities in processes. Gather data from various sources, such as Carriers, SAP, Internal / local systems, etc to develop meaningful master data for decision making. Lead and coordinate data cleansing activities, collaborating with business units to ensure data quality and accuracy. Understand the existing challenges and opportunities faced by the business and resolve by creating Dashboard and visualization data products. Create reports, graphs, and infographics to present findings to stakeholders. Collaborates with regional and global business teams to maintain and enhance current business processes. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, processes, and requirements regarding managing large data sets Willing to learn new technologies, capable of self-directed learning. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain function or related field) 3+ years of experience in a supply chain function 2+ years analytics experience with data modeling skills Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) SAP experience Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make and deliver) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with R, Python etc. and other analytical aids Developing Project Management Skills Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility Proficient understanding of the company's overall supply chain strategy Requisition ID:589075 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
