The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Solution Architect role: The Senior Solutions Architect works closely with the Lead Solutions Architect and Director of Enterprise Architecture to build a holistic view of the overall architecture for the firm. The focus of the position is to own the creation, endorsement, and utilization of the ITS architecture that guides the Firm through acquiring, building, modifying, and interfacing ITS resources throughout the organization. The Solutions Architect supports the Senior and Lead Solutions Architects by creating architecture drawings, providing level 4 support, and managing Technical Projects that span across all IT teams. * Business Solutions: The Senior Solutions Architect acts as the fulcrum between Business Analysts and Technical Leads on strategic mission critical IT projects and is senior to both in terms of decisioning. The Senior Solutions Architect is paired up with a process Business Relationship Manager to understand and design new Enterprise Business Solutions as it relates to the various CLA Service Lines. They work directly with IT Leadership and the business to design technical solutions for business problems and guide the project managers in the creation and documentation of project requirements. Senior Solution Architects work with the CLA technical teams to forecast and roadmap technologies, developing strategic plans from which standards can be established and enforced. Assess requirements and translate them into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements. * Technical team Initiatives: They guide and counsel technical team performing implementation activities, and review implementation outcomes, to ensure design compliance. Provide peer review of technology initiatives. Create documentation around architectural initiatives as required. What you will need: Seven years of experience required; four of which need to be in IT Solutions Architecture.
